About
I am a junior high school English teacher from the Philippines with over six years of teaching experience in both the Philippines and Thailand. Throughout my journey as an educator, I have developed a deep passion for helping learners grow in confidence and ability, especially in reading, writing, and communication. I have always believed that language learning is not only about grammar or accuracy but also about giving students the voice and courage to express themselves.
While I understand that I am not a native English speaker, I consider this part of my strength as an educator. It allows me to deeply understand the challenges of learning English and to teach in a way that is patient, practical, and relatable. My classroom approach is always student-centered, focusing on making lessons meaningful, engaging, and accessible for learners of different levels and backgrounds.
Beyond classroom instruction, I have also been involved in school journalism coaching and literacy-related activities, which have helped me support students not just academically but also in building discipline, creativity, and confidence. These experiences have shaped me into a teacher who values both academic growth and character development.
I am genuinely excited about the possibility of contributing to an international school community where I can continue to grow as an educator while sharing my skills and dedication with students in a more diverse setting. I am fully open to relocation and ready to prepare all necessary requirements should I be given the opportunity.
Thank you very much for your time and consideration. I would be truly grateful for the chance to further discuss how I may contribute to your team.
