As a dedicated teacher these are some of the skills I possessed, I have a strong communication skills, very passionate about my work and I am able to use effective class control and rules to manage discipline in my class using positive reinforcement to make. I use calm tone to address issues and I have a good communication skills to prepare and deliver lesson to students using child centered approach where I use small groups and allow students to think for themselves, share and pair them and I facilitate to guide them as they learn.

My name is Lucia Arhin, a teacher from Ghana who have taught for the past fifteen years with Diploma in Basic Education in all subjects and Bachelor degree in Basic education in mat9. As a teacher I possess good communication skills which enables me to plan a well structured lesson and deliver it using different instructional strategies to cater for the individual needs of my students. I also help students achieve Character development and improve their academic growth. I have experience in teaching in the primary school in all subjects for two years and thirteen years in the Junior high school using active classroom management technique which demonstrate good results. I am a very dedicated teacher who believes in team work through collaboration with colleagues for professional development.
