About
I am a 31-year-old international educator with five years of teaching experience at Saint Nicholas, a traditional school in Brazil. Fully bilingual in English and Portuguese, I teach Geography, Brazilian Studies, and Global Perspectives. In addition to classroom instruction, my contributions to the school community include serving as CAS (Creativity, Activity, Service) supervisor, as well as head coach for both the futsal and chess teams.
My academic foundation combines spatial research with international experience. I earned my bachelor’s degree in Geography from UNICAMP (including an academic exchange program in Portugal), followed by a Master’s degree in Remote Sensing and a PhD in Demography.
On a personal level, I have strong family ties in the United States, where my sister resides in Virginia and my nephew recently began his studies at Yale University.
