I am a highly proficient teacher. I usually give technical assistance to the beginning and proficient teachers in the field. I also handle mentoring sessions with the newly hired teachers in the department of education particularly in my district.

About

I am Lowell Faith Padayogdog Abalde from the Philippines. I have been teaching in the Department of Education of the Philippines for almost 22 years. Now, I am currently teaching Jose Suico Memorial Elementary School as a master teacher. I am a very competent and a hardworking teacher. I have been receiving recognitions and awards from district, division, and region as the end result of my contributions that paved the way to the academic performance of the learners. I serve as demonstration teacher and resource person as well during seminars and trainings for the teachers. I was awarded as most outstanding teacher in my municipality and most outstanding master teacher in my district. I am very much excited to teach in your school and learn also pedagogies and strategies employed by the teacher in the classroom. I am also eager to learn these so that once I'm back in my home country, I can also share my experience to my fellow teachers. Many thanks!
