Licensed Professional Teacher with over 13 years of experience teaching English across secondary, primary, and university levels, with extensive experience in Grades 7–12. I hold a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in English, a Master of Arts in Education, TESOL certification, and CEFR C2 English proficiency, with doctoral coursework in Education.
My teaching experience includes English Language Arts (ELA), literature, grammar, reading and writing, oral communication, academic writing, research, public speaking, and Media and Information Literacy. I am experienced in student-centered and differentiated instruction, literacy development, curriculum planning, assessment, classroom management, educational technology, and supporting learners with varied abilities and language needs.
I have also served in English department leadership and have experience mentoring teachers, advising student publications, developing instructional materials, and supporting school-wide academic programs.
