About
Dedicated and licensed elementary school teacher with over four years of classroom teaching experience, including three years as a Grade 6 teacher and one year as a Grade 1 teacher. Experienced in creating engaging, student-centered lessons, managing diverse classrooms, and fostering both academic achievement and character development.
Prior to classroom teaching, I served as a staff member at the Fidel V. Ramos Reading Center at Silliman University, where I supported literacy-related programs and administrative operations. I also have experience as an ESL teacher, providing online English instruction to Japanese and Vietnamese learners of various ages and proficiency levels, helping them improve their communication, grammar, pronunciation, and conversational skills.
My strengths include lesson planning aligned with curriculum standards, classroom management, differentiated instruction, student assessment, educational technology integration, and effective communication with students, parents, and colleagues. I am passionate about creating an inclusive, supportive learning environment that encourages curiosity, confidence, and lifelong learning.
