About
My name is Leslie Amor Dadole, and I am a secondary Science teacher from Misamis Oriental who has dedicated the past decade to helping young learners see science not just as a subject to pass, but as a way of understanding the world. My journey in education began with a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in General Science, continued with a Master of Science Education in General Science, and is now growing further as I pursue my Doctor of Education major in Leadership and Management. These milestones reflect how deeply I value continuous learning and how committed I am to improving my practice for the benefit of my students and school community.
In the classroom, I see myself as both a facilitator and a co-learner. My approach to work centers on designing engaging, inquiry-based science lessons that are supported by hands-on activities, labs, technology, and simulations, reaching diverse learners while maintaining a safe, well-managed, and relationship-based classroom.
