About
I am from the Philippines. I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Secondary Education, major in MAPEH (Music, Arts, Physical Education, and Health) in 2016. Driven by my passion for teaching and continuous learning, I pursued higher education and earned my Master’s Degree in Education, major in Physical Education, in 2022.
Since then, I have been teaching at the Department of Education, where I currently serve as the Grade 10 Special Program in the Arts (SPA) adviser, as well as a Dance and Physical Education teacher. I have been in teaching for six years and counting, which has allowed me to gain extensive experience in arts education, student development, and holistic teaching.
In addition to classroom teaching, I have also served as a badminton coach for three consecutive years, leading my team to victories at the cluster meet level. I am also the school band coordinator, actively supporting students in developing their talents in music and performance.
My philosophy in life as a teacher is that no student should be left behind when it comes to quality education. I firmly believe that every learner has unique strengths and potential, and it is my responsibility as an educator to guide, support, and inspire them—so they can become confident, disciplined, and well-rounded individuals.
