About

I am a Licensed Professional Teacher (LPT) and Special Education Teacher with more than 30 years of experience in preschool, elementary, and inclusive education. For the past 14+ years, I have served as an instructional leader, founding and scaling the first Inclusive Learning Resource Center (ILRC) in Cavite province. What began with just 7 learners has grown to serve over 270 children with diverse disabilities, including autism spectrum disorder, ADHD, intellectual, sensory, and multiple disabilities.

Each year, I develop and manage more than 20 Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) and coach over 30 teachers on differentiated instruction, inclusive accommodations, and positive behavior support. My leadership has consistently translated inclusive-education best practices into measurable academic, behavioral, and social-emotional gains for learners.

I take pride in my ability to collaborate with families, administrators, and multidisciplinary teams to design effective support plans. I also integrate educational technology to enhance instruction and progress monitoring. My dedication has been recognized through multiple awards, including Outstanding Advocate for Persons with Disabilities and the Division Gawad Siklad Ani Award for inclusive education.

From my early years as a preschool and primary grade teacher to my current role as Master Teacher II and SPED Coordinator, I have remained committed to advancing disability inclusion and empowering learners to thrive. I am now seeking to bring my decades of expertise and passion for inclusive education to a U.S. public school special education role.
