About
My name is Lazelle Rose M. Pelingo, and I bring with me nearly two decades of dedicated experience teaching elementary students in both public and private schools across the Philippines. Teaching has always been more than just a career for me. It is a calling that has deeply shaped who I am, both as an educator and as a person. Now, I’m ready and excited to bring my skills, passion, and open heart to a classroom in the United States.
Throughout my teaching journey, I’ve had the privilege of working with learners from diverse
backgrounds, helping them grow not only academically, but also emotionally and socially. I believe
in building a classroom environment grounded in patience, compassion, and structure where every
student feels seen, supported, and empowered to succeed. My teaching approach focuses on
engaging all learners by meeting them where they are and guiding them to where they can be.
What draws me to teaching in the United States is the opportunity to be part of an educational culture that embraces inclusivity, innovation, and lifelong learning. I am eager to learn from a new system, face new challenges, and grow both personally and professionally. At the same time, I am confident that I can bring a global perspective, a strong work ethic, and years of valuable classroom experience to your school community.
