I am a dedicated and results-oriented educator and educational administrator with over 15 years of professional experience in teaching, school leadership, and educational technology. My career has been built on a passion for improving teaching and learning through innovation, collaboration, and effective leadership. I have extensive experience teaching Computing/ICT, English Language, Religious and Moral Education, Ghanaian Language, and Social Studies while supporting curriculum implementation and school administration.

Throughout my career, I have developed strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. As an Assistant Head Teacher (Administration), I have played an active role in school management, policy implementation, teacher supervision, academic planning, and the coordination of administrative activities. I believe in creating positive learning environments where both learners and teachers can excel.

My expertise includes educational leadership, curriculum development, digital literacy, computing education, teacher training, classroom management, stakeholder engagement, assessment, and educational technology integration. I am committed to promoting learner-centred education and empowering teachers through professional development and mentoring.

Beyond the classroom, I have contributed to national educational initiatives by serving on the District Teacher Support Team, where I mentored teachers, provided technical support, and facilitated professional development programmes. I have also trained students in coding, web design, digital literacy, and cybersecurity through the National Girls in ICT Programme and the National Girls Can Code Programme, helping to inspire young people to embrace technology and innovation.
Some of my key strengths include leadership, teamwork, adaptability, critical thinking, effective communication, and the ability to integrate technology into education. I continuously seek opportunities to expand my knowledge through professional training and lifelong learning, enabling me to contribute meaningfully to educational institutions and organizational development.
