About
I am a dedicated and certified teacher with over ten years of teaching experience, specializing in elementary education. Holding a Doctor of Philosophy in Educational Management, along with a Master of Arts in Educational Management, and a Bachelor of Elementary Education, I possess a strong academic background. I am certified by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) in the Philippines as a National Board Certified Teacher for Elementary with an endorsement in General Education, and by the Illinois State Board of Education with endorsements in Elementary Education (Self-Contained General Education, Grades 1 through 6), and Principal (Pre-Kindergarten through Age 22). My teaching career spans roles such as Elementary Teacher at Buko Elementary School, and Noah’s Ark Christian School, where I implemented differentiated instruction, inquiry-based learning, and technology integration to significantly improve student engagement and academic performance. Additionally, I have excelled in leadership as a School Research Coordinator; received recognition for Outstanding Teacher Performance and Most Outstanding Innovative Public School Teacher reflecting my commitment to educational excellence and continuous improvement.
