About

I am a licensed educator and school leader from the Philippines with nearly 18 years of experience in public education, including more than 10 years of classroom teaching and over 7 years of school leadership. Throughout my career, I have remained committed to creating inclusive learning environments, strengthening instructional quality, and helping learners and educators reach their full potential.

My teaching experience includes teaching Grade 5 English and Science as a Teacher I and Grade 5 and 6 English as a Teacher II. These years in the classroom strengthened my expertise in curriculum implementation, differentiated instruction, classroom management, learner assessment, and fostering meaningful relationships with students and families.

Since becoming a School Principal in 2019, I have led by promoting academic excellence, instructional innovation, and strong stakeholder collaboration. I have supervised teaching and non-teaching personnel, managed school operations and resources, spearheaded infrastructure development through successful partnerships, and implemented programs that improved learner outcomes and expanded educational opportunities for the community.

My areas of expertise include instructional leadership, curriculum development, teacher coaching and mentoring, educational planning, school improvement, project management, community engagement, and data-informed decision-making. I am proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, and educational technology tools that enhance teaching, learning, and school management.

I have been honored as the Outstanding Public Elementary School Teacher (2014) and Outstanding School Head (2024 and 2025), recognitions that reflect my commitment to excellence, innovation, and servant leadership in education.

I am passionate about lifelong learning, cultural exchange, and making a positive impact in every school community I serve. As I pursue international teaching opportunities, I look forward to sharing my experience, learning from diverse educational settings, and inspiring students to become confident, compassionate, and lifelong learners.
