I am a dedicated Nursery and Primary School teacher with several years of experience working with young learners in a classroom setting. I am passionate about early childhood education. I have strong skills in lesson planning, classroom management, and child centered teaching methods. I improve pupils classroom participation and learning outcomes, develops and implement creative lesson plans and learning activities that encourage curiosity, confidence and Teamwork, recognized by School administrators and parents, commitment to children's academic and moral development.
As concerns my previous work experience, I worked as an elementary school teacher in a government school where I was responsible for teaching and managing class three pupils in a classroom setting. I planned and delivered daily lessons age appropriate and learners-centered methods, I monitored pupils academic progress through continuous assessment, classwork, examinations and provided feedback. I encourage positive behavior and created a safe and supportive learning environment. I implemented the school curriculum, and organized school activities. I communicated with parents regarding pupils progress, behavior and overall development.
