About
I am a dedicated and experienced Business and Accounting teacher with over a decade of teaching experience at both the elementary and secondary levels. I am passionate about helping students build strong foundations in financial literacy, business concepts, and responsible decision-making that prepare them for real-world success.
My key professional skills include classroom management, differentiated instruction, curriculum planning, and student engagement. I create inclusive learning environments where students of different abilities feel supported, motivated, and confident in their learning. My experience as an elementary class teacher (Grades 4–6) has strengthened my ability to support students’ academic and social development, while my secondary teaching background has prepared learners for examinations and future career pathways in business-related fields.
I actively participate in a Professional Learning Community (PLC) program focused on continuous professional development. Through this program, I have strengthened my skills in lesson planning, student-centered pedagogy, and inclusive teaching strategies, ensuring that my instructional methods meet the diverse learning needs of all students and promote effective lesson delivery.
In addition to classroom teaching, I have served in school financial leadership roles, where I managed financial records and supported administrative planning. This experience enhances my teaching by allowing me to connect lessons with practical, real-life financial applications. One of my key achievements is successfully supporting large and diverse groups of students while maintaining high standards of discipline, engagement, and academic performance.
I am committed to continuous professional growth and to fostering a positive, respectful classroom culture where every student has the opportunity to succeed.
