About
I was once a production worker before but due to my desire and passion to teach to touch and make difference in the lives of young minds, I decided to study while working. And yet with God’s decency I graduated Bachelor in Elementary Education on March 18, 2008 and hired in the Department of Education Philippines on August 7, 2009. Speeding forth to my educational attainment, I obtained a diploma in Master of Arts in Education-English Teaching on June 3, 2020.
With over 16 years of experience teaching general subjects, especially English in the elementary department, I am excited about the chance to contribute my skills and passion for education while also gaining valuable cross-cultural experience. As a dedicated teacher, I have had the privilege of teaching 1st Grade, 2nd Grade, 3rd, 4th, 5th Grade, & 6th Grade students in Kalawisan Elementary School.
My experience has allowed me to develop a strong foundation in lesson planning, classroom management, and fostering an inclusive, engaging learning environment. Additionally, I have extensive experience integrating technology into the classroom to enhance learning outcomes. Throughout my career, I have worked to inspire students to reach their full potential and to instill in them a love for learning.
I have received awards and accomplished achievements such as outstanding contribution in teaching and non-teaching related tasks as coordinator, mentoring an intern teacher, winning coach in extracurricular activities, teacher-volunteer in reading program, school-teacher association contribution, English test constructor, dedicated grade leader, teacher-demonstrator, and school paper adviser-English.
Also, I am adaptable and flexible to any changes that this vocation has to offer. I would love to challenge myself and embrace with a joyful heart and spirit whatever God leads me to this chosen profession. That is why, I am thrilled and excited to begin my journey to teach in the U.S if given a chance.
