I feel I can be of great value to your school due to my ability to motivate and engage students in learning the Spanish language and exploring the cultural diversity of Spanish speakers. Thanks to my extensive experience teaching Spanish to non-native speakers, I am familiar with various strategies and methods for presenting programs, topics, activities, and exercises tailored to students' specific levels and needs. Students learn the language more effectively when presented with content covering subjects such as nature, geography, folklore, sports, history, festivals, rural versus urban life, etc... all while mastering grammar and developing the four key language skills: writing, reading, speaking, and listening (comprehension).
The use of audiovisual tools to prepare presentations and computers for interactive exercises is also important, as is the use of podcasts and YouTube videos—such as music videos, short films, and documentaries—to share content. I have experience using these types of tools in the classroom to boost motivation and maintain student attention throughout the learning process.
For all these reasons, I know I can make a positive and stimulating impact on students interested in improving their grammatical accuracy and communicative competence in Spanish.
