My name is Josephat O. Saronge, and I am a passionate and dedicated educator with over ten years of teaching and educational leadership experience at both Primary and Secondary School levels. I am committed to creating engaging, learner-centered environments that promote academic excellence, character development, and lifelong learning.
I hold a Master's Degree in Monitoring and Evaluation and am a professionally trained teacher with extensive experience teaching Business Studies, Mathematics, and Economics. Throughout my career, I have successfully served in various roles, including Classroom Teacher, Head of Department, Boarding Master, and School Headteacher. These positions have strengthened my ability to manage classrooms effectively, mentor learners, support fellow teachers, and contribute to school improvement initiatives.
My teaching approach focuses on meeting the diverse needs of learners by creating a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment. I believe that every child has the potential to succeed when provided with the right guidance, encouragement, and opportunities to learn. I strive to make learning meaningful, engaging, and relevant while fostering critical thinking, creativity, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
In addition to classroom instruction, I have experience in curriculum implementation, student assessment, teacher mentoring, co-curricular activities, parental engagement, and school administration.
