For the last 3years i have had the privilege of working as a teacher i have developed and implemented lesson plans aligned with the curriculum, assessed learners progress and adapted instruction to meet their individual needs. I have also led co-curricular activities such as debate club, community service and have coached boys and girls netball teams in my school. I am also privileged to be a National assessor with the Kenya National Examinations Council.
About
Jolene is self-driven ,self-motivated and works under minimal supervision. I love my career and i have learners interests at heart. I am creative and innovative, a great communicator and patient as well. I have had the opportunity to be among the pioneer teachers of the Competency Based Education in Kenya .CBE came with its challenges but i am glad that i am a part of this big milestone in my country's future generation.
