About
I am a dedicated and enthusiastic Licensed Professional Teacher with ten years of experience in the field of education. I earned my Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree from Father Saturnino Urios University and completed 36 units in Education at Agusan Colleges, Inc. I also obtained a Master of Arts in Teaching, major in General Science, from Father Saturnino Urios University, which further strengthened my expertise and qualification as a certified Science educator. Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have developed a wide range of competencies that enable me to deliver effective and engaging instruction, provide individualized support to learners, and foster a positive and inclusive learning environment. My professional skills include project-based learning, curriculum development, classroom management, instructional design, community outreach, collaborative learning, differentiated instruction, interdisciplinary teaching, peer evaluation, progress monitoring, standardized testing, and remedial program implementation.
Professionally, I have been serving as a Certified Secondary Science Teacher at Pedro D. Duncano National High School in the Philippines since June 2016. In this role, I have been responsible for planning and delivering science instruction, assessing student performance, and implementing programs that promote academic growth and achievement. Prior to this, I worked as a College University Clinical Instructor for Community Exposure at Father Saturnino Urios University from November 2006 to March 2013, where I guided and supervised students in community-based learning experiences, helping them develop practical skills and professional competencies. My combined experience in both secondary and higher education has equipped me with strong instructional, leadership, and mentoring abilities, allowing me to make meaningful contributions to student success and educational excellence.
