About
With 12 years of teaching experience and a strong background in Biological and Physical Sciences, I am confident in my ability to facilitate a rigorous and engaging science curriculum for your students.
Currently, I serve as a Secondary Science Teacher at Bulakanon High School, where I handle a diverse range of subjects including Grade 7-12 Science, General Chemistry, Physical Science, and Earth & Life Science. My extensive classroom experience has honed my ability to simplify complex scientific concepts and make them accessible to learners of varying abilities.
I hold a Bachelor of Secondary Education in Biological Science from the University of Southern Mindanao and have completed the academic requirements (CAR) for a Master of Arts in Science Education. This academic foundation allows me to deliver instruction that is both content-rich and aligned with national standards.
My teaching philosophy is rooted in direct engagement. I move beyond textbooks by prioritizing hands-on, experiential learning and lab-based activities. I pride myself on being a resourceful educator; I frequently design interactive presentations and utilize digital tools to spark curiosity. I am deeply committed to creating an inclusive environment where differentiated instruction ensures that every student—regardless of learning style—can succeed in scientific inquiry.
