About

I am a licensed professional teacher from the Philippines with over 10 years of teaching experience across the elementary, junior high school, and senior high school levels. I earned my Bachelor's Degree in Secondary Education, major in English, from Cagayan State University and am currently pursuing a Master's Degree in Education, major in English Language.

Throughout my teaching career, I have developed and implemented engaging, student-centered lessons that foster critical thinking, effective communication, and lifelong learning. I have taught diverse learners and have consistently created an inclusive classroom environment that promotes academic excellence and character development.

In addition to classroom teaching, I have extensive experience in educational leadership and curriculum development. I serve as the Assistant to the Vice President and PAASCU Liaison Officer at Philippine Cultural College, where I assist in academic administration, accreditation, and institutional quality assurance initiatives. I am also a writer, editor, reviser, and test item developer for leading educational publishers in the Philippines, contributing to the development of learning materials aligned with national curriculum standards.

My strengths include strong communication and interpersonal skills, classroom management, curriculum planning, educational writing, and the effective use of educational technology. I am highly organized, adaptable, collaborative, and committed to continuous professional growth.

I am excited about the opportunity to participate in a U.S. Teacher Exchange Program because I believe it will allow me to share my knowledge and culture while learning innovative teaching practices from educators around the world.
