About
I am a Licensed Professional Teacher from the Philippines with a major in Social Studies and over a decade of experience teaching business and entrepreneurship subjects at the Senior High School level. My teaching portfolio spans Applied Economics, Entrepreneurship, Business Finance, Management, Marketing, and Accountancy and Business Management, among others. Beyond the classroom, I own and operate a food business, which allows me to bring genuine industry experience and experiential learning into my instruction. I am a strong advocate for responsible and sustainable entrepreneurship, and I actively integrate the UN Sustainable Development Goals into my lessons to encourage students to think critically about the broader impact of business. I also have extensive ESL teaching experience working with learners across all age groups, from young children to adults, having taught Japanese and Taiwanese students for nearly a decade. I am committed to continuous professional growth, and will be beginning formal studies in Special Education next month, further strengthening my ability to serve diverse learners in an inclusive classroom setting. I am seeking opportunities to bring my skills, passion, and cross-cultural perspective to schools in the United States.
