My name is Osei Baffour James, and I am a passionate and dedicated individual from Ghana who believes in the power of education to change lives. Growing up in a community with limited resources taught me the value of learning and the importance of supportive teachers. Their impact inspired me to pursue teaching as a way to give back and help young people reach their full potential.

I am hardworking, patient, and open-minded, with a strong respect for diversity and new cultures. I enjoy creating positive learning environments where students feel encouraged, understood, and motivated to succeed.
