I am currently teaching at Mentari Intercultural School, Grand Surya in Jakarta, Indonesia as an elementary teacher. I am interested to apply as a teacher in your school.
I graduated with a Bachelor of Elementary Education at St. Paul University Philippines in Cagayan, Philippines last March 20, 2010. I pursued Master of Arts in Education major in Education major in Educational Management at Polytechnic University of the Philippines from 2016 up to 2018 with 36 academic units. I love to teach children and I see myself as resourceful and creative teacher.
Each child in my classroom is a distinct individual with different strengths, challenges, and interests. It is my responsibility to recognize and honor these differences, ensuring that my teaching methods adapt to meet the needs of each student. I encourage active participation, self-discovery, and critical thinking, allowing students to take ownership of their learning journey. I utilize cooperative learning techniques and provide individual instruction to meet the needs of students with diverse learning styles. I also create and modify engagement and collaborative activities to enhance students’ interaction and critical thinking skills. Furthermore, I provide age-appropriate learning materials and resources for exploration and manipulation through imaginative play.
Finally, I observe and evaluate children’s behavior, cognitive and social development and share these to parents to promote strong partnership and maintain positive parent-teacher relationship.
