My name is Irene Naa Ameley Arthur, I’m a Ghanaian, a dedicated and enthusiastic teacher with over 5 years of
experience teaching early childhood education. Skilled in child development knowledge, classroom management,
Lesson Planning, Early Literacy and Numeracy, Creative Arts and Play-Based Learning, Communication and
Interpersonal skills, observation and assessment, first aid and safety awareness, teamwork and collaboration, Parent
Engagement. creating engaging learning environments and committed to supporting student achievement and
fostering positive relationships with learners, parents, and colleagues
I am self-motivated, Industrious, Creative and hardworking with passion for success, having the ability to prioritize
individual workloads to meet set schedules and deadlines. I have great passion for early childhood education, I am easily trainable and always ready to learn, unlearn and relearn new ways of working
and can adapt to different schedules, cultural background and new roles, I’m well equipped to adjust to challenges.
I’m currently teaching in a private school in Ghana; I also had experience teaching in a government school for my
National Service. I previously worked as an Administrative Assistant in a healthcare organization in Ghana
I hold a Diploma in Early Child hold Education with Distinction and a Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood
Education with second class upper from the University of Education, Winneba, Ghana. I also hold a certificate in
phonics.
