About
I am Morande Hassan Osiri, a dedicated Biology teacher with a Bachelor of Science in Education (Biology & Agriculture) from Bugema University, Uganda. I am an adaptable and self-driven educator with strong communication skills, classroom management expertise, and a passion for creating inclusive learning environments. My teaching approach emphasizes integrating technology, applying differentiated strategies, and fostering critical thinking to support diverse student needs. I am eager to contribute to cultural exchange by sharing my knowledge while learning from new educational perspectives.
Over the years, I have gained valuable experience teaching Biology at Nairobi South Secondary School and Uhuru Boys’ Secondary School, where I also served as the Kenya Science & Engineering Fair Patron. I successfully increased student participation in science programs, designed interdisciplinary lessons, and led teams to implement effective revision schedules that improved learners’ understanding of key concepts. Beyond the classroom, I have actively contributed to school life through parent meetings, open evenings, and enrichment activities. These achievements reflect my commitment to nurturing curiosity, promoting scientific engagement, and supporting holistic student growth.
