About
My name is Gloria, and I have one year experience as an early childhood facilitator. During this period, I have learned how to care for and support young children in their learning and development.
I have developed good communication skills by talking and listening to children with patience and understanding. I also use simple language, songs, and stories to help children learn in a fun way. Through observation, I am able to understand the needs, interests, and behavior of each child.
I have learned how to manage the classroom by creating a safe and friendly environment for all children. I guide children to behave well and relate positively with others. I also plan simple activities that support their growth in areas such as speaking, playing, and social interaction.
Working as a facilitator has helped me to become more patient, caring, and flexible. I also work well with other teachers and parents to support the children.
Overall, my one year experience has helped me build important skills and has increased my passion for working with young children.
