I am a passionate, dedicated, and results-oriented educator. I hold a Bachelor of Education(Arts) degree in English and Literature, with 19 years of experience teaching learners in grades 9-12.
My teaching philosophy focuses on student-centered learning, promoting inclusivity, creativity, and critical thinking. This boosts student engagement, interaction, and involvement through storytelling, discussions, literature, and creative writing.
The teaching methods I use to address diverse abilities and backgrounds. These include differentiated instruction, scaffolding, and flexible groupings. I have achieved several notable accomplishments, including the Teacher of the Year award and initiating a debate program, among others.
