Licensed Ghana Education Service Full-time teacher with 9+ years of progressive experience teaching Kindergarten and Primary learners with diverse learning needs, with additional teaching experience and support in Junior High School students. Skilled in student-centered instruction, curriculum planning, classroom management, assessment, inclusive education, guidance and counseling, and educational technology. As a School Guidance and Counseling Coordinator and Hall Warden, I have supported students’ academic, social-emotional, and personal development while creating safe, respectful environments where every learner feels valued and seen. Through my work as a Gender Coordinator with the Korea International Cooperation Agency (KOICA) and Ghana Education Service, I supported STEM program expansion and led gender-equity initiatives that successfully reintegrated 75 girls at risk of dropping out of school and early marriage into formal education. Passionate about inclusive, equitable, culturally responsive education and empowering every child to reach their full potential.
