Hi, my name is Gideon Allarse, and I am from the Philippines.
I have over 10 years of teaching experience across different countries, including the Philippines, the United States, and Thailand. I’ve taught middle and high school students, handling subjects such as Biology, Earth and Environmental Science, and Physical Science. These experiences have helped me become flexible and responsive to different student needs and learning environments.
My teaching philosophy centers on creating an inclusive, engaging, and student-centered classroom. I aim to build a positive classroom culture where students feel respected, motivated, and confident to participate. I also integrate technology into my lessons using tools like Google Workspace, Edpuzzle, and Quizlet to make learning more interactive and meaningful.
Having previously taught in the U.S., I understand the expectations and culture, and I am confident in my ability to adapt and contribute effectively. I believe I would be a strong addition to a school team because of my experience, adaptability, and commitment to student learning, as well as my ability to build positive relationships with both students and colleagues.
