I am an experienced and dedicated elementary school educator with over 30 years of teaching experience in the Philippines, 3 years in the catholic/private school and 27 years in the public school, currently serving as a Master Teacher 1 at San Vicente Elementary School. Throughout my career, I have developed strong skills in classroom instruction, curriculum development, instructional supervision, learner assessment, classroom management, and the development of contextualized learning materials.
I am committed to creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment where every child feels valued and motivated to learn. I use differentiated and learner-centered teaching strategies to address diverse learning needs and encourage active participation. I also value collaboration with parents, colleagues, school leaders, and the community in supporting children's academic, social, and personal development.
