About
I am Gemar Pahayahay, a dedicated Mathematics educator with 24 years of teaching experience in both secondary and college levels. I have taught high school mathematics at Westfield Science Oriented School and served as a college mathematics instructor at the Technological University of the Philippines. I also gained valuable teaching experience in the United States, where I worked with diverse learners and adapted to different educational environments.
My strengths include strong mathematical knowledge, effective classroom management, curriculum development, and the ability to explain complex mathematical concepts in a clear and engaging way. I am passionate about helping students develop problem-solving skills, confidence, and a deeper appreciation for mathematics.
Throughout my career, I have been committed to maintaining high academic standards while providing support to students with different learning needs. My achievements include successfully guiding students in mathematics, creating meaningful learning experiences, and continuously improving my teaching practices.
