My name is Frimpong Yaw, high school teacher from Ghana with 13 years teaching experience. I teach Mathematics and I am interested in Mathematics teaching Position. My teaching philosophy centers on encouraging critical thinking, problem solving and inclusive learning. I believe in individual difference, so I use differentiated instruction to address diverse needs of my students and create supportive learning environment where students can succeed. Classroom management is very important when it comes to teaching and learning so my strategies to manage my classroom include
1. Setting clear rules and expectations. That's letting my students to know what is expected from them during instructional hours.
2. I build positive relationship with my students
3. I use positive reinforcement to encourage learning.
