About
I am Kwaasi Fred. A Teacher by profession. I teach Information and Communication Technology, Technical report writing as well as Career Technology in the Senior High and the Junior High Schools in Ghana. I specialized in educational technology and research methods in education during my first degree. I have been a passionate educator teaching many levels of learners on the educational ladder.
I had an excellent start of my education as the best student of my class graduating from the junior high school with distinction. I graduated in one of the oldest and prominent senior high school in Ghana offering General Science. I pursued the degree course in Information and Communication Technology Education (Edutech) because of the need for technical know how for the industrialization and the information age era.
Companies across various industries want to be data-driven. They want to understand their stored information to be more competitive, offer better products and services and grow their revenues. But with the abundance of available data, companies need people who can extract insights and derive actionable recommendations from complex data sets. This leads to the need for competent information systems professionals to effectively leverage technologies to drive innovation, improve efficiency, and solve business challenges. I have rich Teaching experience in Career Technology and Information and Communication Technology at the Abuakwa State College, a senior high school of the Eastern part of Ghana. I have served as the District Robotics Coordinator for over 5 years, and I have also served as the secretary of the ICT Department of the prestigious school for over 6 years. I have also served as the career guide in the school and the Abuakwa South District.
