My name is Francis Olaleye, dedicated education professional with experience in mathematics and science teaching, school leadership, and academic development. I am pleased to apply for K-12 school teaching position in United States of America Schools to preparing learners for college, careers, and responsible citizenship. I have spent several years working in the education sector, where I demonstrated strong subject knowledge, effective classroom management, and a commitment to student-centered learning.
I hold a Masters degree in Mathematics Education, Bachelor of Science Degree in Mathematics Education and Certificate Degree in Education (Mathematics/Integrated Science). For over two decades, I have taught Mathematics across K-12 schools. My instructional approach emphasizes subject mastery, critical thinking, and real-world application. I use data-driven instruction, differentiated learning strategies, and educational technology to support student achievement and engagement.
I encourage high academic standards while fostering independence, accountability, and motivation among my students. I also support students beyond the classroom through mentoring, academic advising, and extracurricular involvement, helping them develop leadership skills and a growth mindset.
As an educator with international teaching experience. I value collaboration with administrators, colleagues, and parents to create a positive, high-performing learning environment. I also have some experience in educational administration and passion for use of technology in education as well. I consider myself adaptable, open-minded, and committed to continuous professional growth.
