To obtain a Career and Technical Education teaching position where I can utilize my technical expertise, teaching experience, industry-related competencies, and commitment to competency-based education to develop students' practical skills, employability, entrepreneurship, and lifelong learning. I aim to create an engaging and industry-responsive learning environment that prepares students for successful employment, further education, and meaningful careers.As a Career and Technical Education (CTE) teacher, I specialize in areas such as Technology and Livelihood Education (TLE), Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL), tourism, hospitality, and other technical-vocational fields. I demonstrate technical procedures, supervise laboratory and workshop activities, assess students’ practical performance, and ensure that proper safety standards and workplace practices are consistently observed.
I am committed to developing students’ employability and technical skills by designing lessons and learning activities aligned with curriculum standards and industry requirements. I provide students with opportunities to perform authentic workplace tasks, properly use tools and equipment, solve technical problems, communicate effectively, collaborate with others, and demonstrate professionalism and appropriate workplace attitudes.
I also serve as a career mentor and facilitator of work-based learning. I guide students in identifying their interests, strengths, career goals, and potential employment or entrepreneurial opportunities. I collaborate with industry partners, training institutions, and community stakeholders to provide students with meaningful exposure to actual workplace environments and help them develop the competencies needed to succeed in their chosen careers.
