About

My name is Erica Jane C. Gadiana from the Philippines, and I am excited to apply for the Full Time Preschool Teacher position at your school. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Elementary Education, majoring in Early Childhood Education, from Cebu Institute of Technology–University, and I am a licensed professional teacher in my country. I have six years of teaching experience with preschool through primary-level learners from diverse backgrounds, which has helped me develop a flexible, child-centered teaching approach.

In my current role as Preschool Department Coordinator, I oversee program planning, implementation, and evaluation. I work closely with special educators and specialists to support learners with special needs, help develop individualized learning plans and IEPs, and mentor teachers to strengthen inclusive practices.

As a classroom teacher, I specialize in Language Arts using the Think Central and Jolly Phonics curriculum. I plan play-based lessons to make learning engaging and fun, organize weekly dramatic play and hands-on activities aligned with our weekly read-aloud stories, and design week-long events for special occasions such as Reading Month, which have been successfully completed with very satisfied parents.
