About
I hold a Bachelor of Education (Mathematics) degree and have accumulated eleven years of teaching experience at the high school level. Throughout my career, I have demonstrated a strong commitment to academic excellence, student development, and effective classroom management.
My key skills include lesson planning and delivery, curriculum implementation, assessment and evaluation, classroom management, educational leadership, mentoring, and the integration of technology into teaching and learning. I possess excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills, which enable me to build positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues.
Over the years, I have successfully prepared students for both internal and external examinations, contributing to improved academic performance and increased student confidence in Mathematics. I have organized and supervised mathematics-related activities, including quizzes, remedial classes, and mathematics clubs, aimed at enhancing students' analytical and critical-thinking abilities. My dedication to continuous professional development has allowed me to adopt innovative teaching strategies that cater to diverse learning needs.
In my previous role as a Mathematics teacher, I was responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons, assessing students' progress, maintaining accurate academic records, and providing academic guidance and support. I collaborated effectively with fellow educators and school administrators to promote a positive learning environment and achieve institutional goals. My extensive experience has equipped me with the ability to inspire students, foster a love for Mathematics, and contribute meaningfully to the overall success of the school community.
