About
I have fourteen years of work experience in the field of science teaching. Working as a teacher has helped me to develop indispensable soft skills such as strong work ethics, positive attitude, time management, openness to criticism, self-confidence, adaptability and working well under pressure. In addition to classroom teaching, my tasks include keeping an organized record of learners’ data to monitor their progress, conducting occasional meeting with parents, and working collaboratively with community-based projects. I conduct my classes in small classrooms with almost 50 learners and the challenges that come with these have trained me to develop a variety of engaging science
learning activities and assessment tools that are well-aligned to our curriculum standards, construct well-prepared supplementary learning resources that aid learners grasp and comprehend Science concepts, and improve my classroom management skills.
