Am highly motivated and hardworking individual who is quick to grasp new ideas and concept and very keen to achieve further professional development, am a guy with high moral standard.
I really think that hands-on practice and active engagement are the greatest ways to learn mathematics. During my teaching positions, I used creative approaches to make the material interesting and approachable. Through the use of technology, real-world examples and group projects, I hoped to promote critical thinking abilities and a sincere interest in the subject matter in addition to imparting knowledge. My method entails demystifying mathematics, dissecting difficult ideas into digestible chunks, and giving pupils the self-assurance to solve problems on their own.
In my eight years teaching experience I have had the opportunity to teach in two senior high school and in both I have been teaching senior high school two and three which is equivalent to key grade 9 and 10 in the United State of America. In both schools I have taken student to write WASSCE (West African Senior School Certificate Examination) with more than 90 percent pass rate.
