Skills
My strengths include literacy development, project-based learning, and critical thinking instruction. Beyond the classroom, I mentor new teachers, collaborate on school improvement initiatives, and work closely with parents to support student success. I am currently pursuing a Master of Arts in Administration and Supervision to further develop my leadership skills. Teaching, for me, is both a profession and a lifelong commitment to shaping confident, capable learners.
About
Good day. My name is Ephraim Praca, and I am a dedicated English teacher with over 10 years of teaching experience in both junior and senior high school levels here in the Philippines. I am currently teaching Grades 7 to 10 English at Banilad National High School, where I use student-centered and differentiated approaches aligned with the K–12 curriculum.
My teaching strengths include literacy instruction, project-based learning, and assessment-driven instruction, and I am deeply committed to developing students’ critical thinking and communication skills. Beyond classroom teaching, I also mentor newly hired teachers, collaborate in school improvement initiatives, and maintain strong partnerships with parents.
I am currently pursuing my Master of Arts in Administration and Supervision at Cebu Technological University to further strengthen my leadership and instructional skills. Teaching, for me, is not just a profession but a commitment to helping students grow academically and personally.
