1. Good instructional design and delivery (I use Differentiated instruction and scaffolding as well)
2. Interpersonal and emotional intelligence (I have empathy, patience and able to resolve conflict with tact)
3. Good classroom management skills (Active supervision and good time management)
4. Professional skills such as ability to analyze student data, use of interactive whiteboards and grading tools. Able to collaborate with administrators and parents as well as colleagues on Professional learning community (PLC) teams.

About
I am a highly motivated and results-driven teacher with an in-depth knowledge in science. I am always poised to continue to create a conducive science classroom where every student feels confident and comfortable to explore science through creative and innovative approach to solving life’s problems. Using pedagogical strategies such as experiential learning, collaborative learning, and demonstration, I am able to provoke students critical thinking skills and arouse the interest of the even dullest student in my class. I also possess good classroom management skills, always making good use of the proactive approach of dealing with student behaviour. In my last five years of teaching, I have been able to record a 100% student pass rate. Such qualities coupled with my over seven (7) years teaching experience makes me the best fit for any teaching position.
