About
I have 15 years of teaching experience and hold both a Master’s degree and a Doctor of Education degree. I teach English and Basic Chinese Mandarin to Junior High School and Senior High School students, with extensive experience in language, communication, reading, and literacy instruction. I have also served as a Reading Teacher, Testing Coordinator, School Paper Adviser, and Assistant Principal. I have attended national and international seminars and professional development programs focused on subject content, curriculum development, educational leadership, and instructional practices. I also participated in a seminar and study immersion program at Fujian Normal University in China. In addition, I have conducted research on effective reading strategies to address students’ literacy needs and improve reading outcomes. These experiences have strengthened my instructional, leadership, research, and professional collaboration skills and prepared me to work effectively with diverse learners.
