About
I am a dedicated Early Childhood Development and Education teacher with 4 years of teaching experience in early years classrooms. I believe that every child is unique and learns best in a safe, nurturing, and supportive environment. I view early childhood as a critical stage where children develop foundational skills in learning, behavior ,and social interaction. My role is to guide, encourage, and support children as they explore, discover and grow.
I believe Children learn best through play, hands-on experiences, and meaningful interactions. Therefore i use developmentally appropriate practices that promote curiosity, creativity and active participation. I focus on supporting the whole child academically ,socially, physically while respecting individual learning styles and developmental stages.
Throughout my career, i have achieved strong collaboration with parents and colleagues, positive behavior outcomes and improved learners engagement. I have successfully prepared children for smooth transition to upper primary school , and i actively co ordinated cultural dances and music as part of school co-curricular and attended professional development trainings.
