About
I am Edwin C. Villareal, a Licensed Professional Teacher currently serving as a Junior High School teacher at Pasay City East High School under the Department of Education here in the Philippines. I am committed to delivering meaningful, curriculum-aligned instruction through innovative teaching strategies, including interactive game-based learning and differentiated approaches that foster active participation and enhance student engagement.
With six years of educational experience, my professional journey encompasses teaching across various educational levels in reputable institutions, including the Department of Education, a public school in the Philippines, the Local School Board, an agency that supports students in public schools, and private schools such as Blessed Elena Academy and Athens Academy. I earned my bachelor's degree from the Technological University of the Philippines–Taguig, strengthening my expertise in both technical education and instructional practice. Currently, I continue to expand my leadership and administrative competencies through graduate studies in educational management at the City University of Pasay, Philippines.
Throughout my academic and professional journey, I have demonstrated excellence and leadership, earning recognition as a Best Student Teacher, serving as President of the Technical Educators’ Society, contributing as Associate Editor of the school newspaper, and being a recipient of the L.A.N.I. Scholarship Program. With a strong foundation in technical education, effective classroom management, and continuous professional growth, he remains dedicated to empowering learners and contributing to the advancement of quality education.
