About
My name is Edelyn Cabajes, and I am from the Philippines. I hold a Bachelor of Secondary Education major in General Science, which I earned from Saint Paul University in Surigao City in 2002, formerly San Nicolas College. In 2012, I completed the academic requirements leading to the degree of Master of Arts in Science Teaching.
I am currently a full-time Science teacher at TNHS in Surigao del Norte, Philippines, where I have been teaching for over 21 years. I handle science subjects including Biology, Chemistry, Earth Science, and Physics, for students in Grades 7 to 10, with a class size of approximately 45 to 50 students. I manage six teaching loads, amounting to 360 minutes per day and 1,800 minutes per week.
As an experienced Science educator, I consistently apply a variety of instructional strategies to meet the diverse needs of my learners and to create an inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
