Dorcas Agbeko is my name, a 37 years old teacher who holds BED in mathematics, i have been in active service for the past 15 years. I am dedicated, hardworking, teamplayer who always meet deadlines.I hold a philosophy that, mathematics is not merely formulation of rules and formulas but rather a strong language for understanding the would. I believe that a positive teacher produces a positive environment there by helping pupils to achieve their academic goals. I believe strongly that every learner can learn depending on the apropriate methodologies presented to them. I chose USA because i admire the USA educational system that focuses on childcenterd approach ,diversity. I want to contribute my skills by learning best practices. I am very exited to be part of this important exchange program.
