About
I am Dianne Princess Fabillar, a dedicated Secondary English Teacher with nine years of full-time teaching experience in junior and senior high school settings. I also have experience teaching students with Special Needs and have been a homeroom adviser for neurodiverse students. Throughout my teaching journey, I have developed a strong passion for literacy development, language instruction, and empowering students to become confident communicators, critical thinkers, and lifelong learners.
I earned both my Bachelor’s Degree and Master’s Degree in English Education and am currently pursuing doctoral academic units in Education Management with a specialization in Leadership in Basic Education. My academic background and professional experiences have strengthened my ability to integrate effective instructional strategies, research-based practices, and educational leadership principles into my classroom practice.
As an English educator, I have extensive experience in teaching reading comprehension, academic writing, research skills, grammar, composition, and communication. I believe that effective English instruction goes beyond teaching language skills—it involves helping students develop the confidence to express their ideas, analyze information critically, and communicate meaningfully in diverse academic and real-world contexts.
My teaching philosophy is centered on student-centered and differentiated instruction. I recognize that every learner has unique strengths, needs, and learning experiences; therefore, I strive to create inclusive and engaging learning environments where all students are supported to achieve their full potential. I have experience mentoring students in academic research, guiding them through writing processes, and developing their ability to think independently and creatively.
