I am a licensed educator from the Philippines with over 10 years of transformative classroom experience delivering rigorous, standards-aligned instruction. I hold a Bachelor of Elementary Education major in Special Education and have dedicated my career to supporting diverse learners through inclusive, student-centered practices.
Throughout my teaching career, I have delivered standards-based instruction while adapting lessons to meet the unique needs of learners with varying abilities. I have successfully integrated educational technology, differentiated instruction, project-based learning, and targeted interventions to increase student engagement and academic achievement. My experience in developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), preparing Present Levels of Performance (PLOPs), conducting MFAT, CRLA, and RMA assessments, and collaborating with families and support personnel has strengthened my ability to provide meaningful educational opportunities for all learners.
My teaching philosophy is grounded in the belief that every child can succeed when provided with high expectations, scaffolded support, a culturally responsive system and an inclusive learning environment. I consistently create a classroom culture rooted in mutual respect and clear procedures. I am a team player, and I always try my best to contribute my skills and resources for the benefit of my team and the school in general strive to create a classroom culture built on respect, collaboration, and a sense of belonging, where students feel valued and empowered to reach their full potential. As an educator and leader, I work effectively with colleagues, parents, and stakeholders, always contributing my skills, resources, and expertise to support school-wide goals and student success.
